2024 Twins Nike RBI Winter Training

The Minnesota Twins Nike RBI Winter Baseball Training sponsored by TRIA is an opportunity to enhance our Twins Nike RBI All-Star players during the offseason. Identified players will be selected to continue developing their skills and prepare for their next upcoming season. All training will be held in the Target Field Visiting Clubhouse cages on Mondays (hitting) and Tuesdays (pitching/catching) from February 5 – March 5, 2024.

The training sessions are open to Twins Nike RBI players who attended the 2023 15U or 18U All-Star team tryouts.

Monday sessions will be capped at 8 players, and Tuesday sessions will be capped at 6 pitchers and 2 catchers. Selected players should register for a specific type of training and session time.

Training Times:

• February 5^th (Hitting)– Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 6^th (Pitching/Catching)– Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 12^th (Hitting) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 13^th (Pitching/Catching) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 19^th (Hitting) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 20^th (Pitching/Catching) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 26^th (Hitting) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• February 27^th (Pitching/Catching) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• March 4^th (Hitting) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)
• March 5^th (Pitching/Catching) – Session #1 (5:00pm-6:00pm), Session #2 (6:00pm-7:00pm)

To be considered for this special opportunity in 2025 please attend the 2024 Twins Nike RBI All-Star tryouts (Dates forthcoming).

The instructional staff is very experienced and dedicated to helping youth develop their skills. An experienced staff in a small group sessions atmosphere allows players to receive the attention they need to develop. Our camp is staffed with high-level instructors. Instructing hitting sessions will be Kobi Allen(Coordinator, Youth Baseball/Softball) & Ellison Hannah(Retired Professional Baseball Player). Instructing catching session will be Cyle Hartwig(College Coach). Instructing pitching sessions will be Josiah Hayden (Minnesota Twins Clinician).

Parents know that when you find a great teacher, you try to keep them for as long as you can! Great teachers can be game changers in our kids' lives, and great baseball and softball coaches are the same. Our coaches will keep the sessions fun and exciting for your athlete. We look forward to enhancing our All-Star skills to enhance the competitiveness of our Twins Nike RBI League.

PARTICIPANT AGES

Training sessions are open to selected Twins Nike RBI athletes from ages 13 to 18.

The registration is free.
