Tryouts are open for all 15u & 18u Twins Nike RBI League players.
The Minnesota Twins are inviting rising Nike RBI players to try out for their tournament team, which will compete at the MLB Nike RBI All-Star Regional in Kansas City from July 16–19, 2026. Players should register for one tryout session. You do not need to attend both Minneapolis and Saint Paul tryout locations, just choose the option that works best for you.
Seniors (Ages 16-18): participants must be born between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2013
Saint Paul RBI Tryouts: Saturday, June 6th (10:00 AM-12:00PM, Toni Stone Field).
Final Tryouts:The invite roster will be locked in by 5 PM on Saturday, June 6th. The top selected players will be invited to a scrimmage on June 7th from 4-7 PM, at Neiman Sports Complex.
Key Requirements and Considerations:
Complete tryout registration online, including: uploading a copy of the athlete's birth certificate and accepting the waiver and Tryout Acknowledgment document.
Offline, the athlete must complete a handwritten paragraph (min. of 100 words) explaining their character and why they should be considered for the All-Star team. The paragraph must be signed by both the athlete and parent/guardian and brought to the tryout.
Parent/guardian and athlete must be available to attend a mandatory virtual meeting on Monday, June 8th if selected for the All-Star team.
Athlete must participate in at least fifty percent (50%) of Nike RBI league games.
What to expect for tryouts:
Station work to evaluate hitting, fielding, and throwing ability. Tryout stations have been designed to provide every player with equal opportunities.
A chance to compete against the best in the Twins Nike RBI league.
